HERKIMER, NY… In a rematch of last season's National Semifinal, the Genesee Community College Cougars men's soccer team lost to the reigning NJCAA Division III National Champion Richland College Thunderducks 5-0 Friday afternoon.
Adrian Bergman made four saves in net for Genesee. The Cougars offense could only muster three shots on goal against Richland.
The Cougars finish the season with an overall record of 18-4, winners of the Western New York Athletic Conference and NJCAA Region III Championships.
