North Lake (3-3-2, 1-1-1) took a 1-0 lead in the 12th minute when Melissa Morales scored her third goal of the season on a free kick. Morales, also forced to play goalkeeper, is tied for the team lead with three goals.

The Blazers extended their lead to 2-0 when Jeiny Nunez found the back of the net on an assist from Brenda Rodriguez in the 31st minute. North Lake took the two-goal lead into halftime.
