Thunderducks Open DAC Play at Cedar Valley Friday
DALLAS – Dallas College Richland's No. 5 nationally-ranked women's soccer team will open up Dallas Athletic Conference play Friday at Dallas College Cedar Valley.
The Thunderducks (1-0-1) have held a Top 5 ranking in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III rankings since the preseason. They will open the league schedule against a Suns team (4-1) that is receiving votes in the national poll.
Richland plays at Dallas College Mountain View next Tuesday before hosting Dallas College North Lake 6 p.m. Sept. 22 in its first home game in the DAC.
The Thunderducks will cap the league schedule Oct. 17 at home against Dallas College Eastfield before hosting Ranger College in the regular season finale.
The NJCAA Division III South District will be held Oct. 26-28.
