Soccer Opens DAC Play This Week
NJCAA DIII Women's Soccer Poll
Dallas Athletic Conference play begins this week for men's and women's soccer.
The three-team men's soccer conference schedule begins Wednesday with Dallas College Mountain View (1-3) hosting Dallas College Cedar Valley (5-1). The league schedule runs through Oct. 19. The Thunderducks (4-0-1) will open league play the following Wednesday against Mountain View.
Richland and Cedar Valley have both been ranked in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Top 10 this season.
The six-team women's soccer league schedule runs from Friday through Oct. 18. Richland (0-3) visits Dallas College Brookhaven (2-0) at 6 p.m. Friday in a battle of Top 10 teams. The DAC postseason tournament is scheduled for Oct. 26-29 with the highest seed hosting.
Brookhaven, Richland and Mountain View have all been ranked in the national poll this season.
