Diby Ulrich has signed with the University of Houston-Victoria.
Richland wishes him and all the Thunderducks the best, as they take their talents to the next level.
Ulrich scored 11 goals in his Dallas College Richland career, winning three National Junior College Athletic Association Division III National Championships.
