Antonio Richardson was named an assistant men's basketball coach at Dallas College Richland in July 2023.

Previously, Richardson served as an assistant coach at Dallas College Eastfield for 17 years. There, he helped the Harvester Bees reach the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III championship game in 2013.

In his first year with Richland, the Thunderducks went 16-9 overall, 8-2 in the Dallas Athletic Conference. Richland was ranked No. 8 in the final National Junior College Athletic Association Division III poll. The Thunderducks advanced to the NJCAA Division III South Central District championship game.
