Baseball Ranked No. 9 in NJCAA DIII

Dallas College Richland's baseball team cracked the Top 10 in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III rankings this week.

The Thunderducks (29-18, 17-7 Dallas Athletic Conference) are ranked No 9 in this week's poll. It is the first time this season the Thunderducks have been ranked in the Top 10.

Richland jumped three spots this week, following a three-game sweep of Dallas College North Lake.

Richland will host Dallas College Cedar Valley, which is receiving votes in the rankings, at noon Wednesday to begin a three-game series.
